Refund policy

Exchange:

  • In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order choice, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via togetherstore@undertheinfluence.co.za for us to organize a collection from your delivery address. We will be happy to offer you either; a voucher redeemable at za.togetherstore.co, a refund or you can return your order and we replace it with goods of similar value.

Please note that returned items must be packed securely in their original packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Through our courier partners we will make sure you get the best shipping price for the returning goods.

Faulty item:

  • Should you not be satisfied with the quality of a product and think that it is defective or the quality has been compromised please contact us via togetherstore@undertheinfluence.co.za in order for us to arrange a collection from your delivery address. Please include in your email any images or short description explaining why you consider the product being faulty or defective.
  • Please note that should Together Store South Africa reserves the right to assess if a product has indeed been compromised. In the event that that the product is deemed to fall below our quality standards, we will be happy to offer you either; a voucher redeemable at za.togetherstore.co, a refund or you can return your order and we replace it with goods of similar value.

Damaged item:

We are committed to delivering the best service possible but as wine bottles are quite fragile, breakages can happen sometimes.

  • Should you notice a broken bottle, please contact us via togetherstore@undertheinfluence.co.za within 2 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer you either; a voucher redeemable at za.togetherstore.co, a refund or you can return your order and we replace it with goods of similar value.
  • In the extreme scenario of a whole case being broken. Please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately. We will make sure you receive a replacement case as soon as possible. Should you prefer a refund or voucher we can provide these two options.

Incorrect item

  • In the event that a wrong item get delivered to you, please notify us via togetherstore@undertheinfluence.co.za within 14 days of delivery. We will make sure to replace it and collect the wrong item as soon as possible. If we are unable to replace the incorrect item we will provide a full refund or voucher redeemable at za.togetherstore.co

Please Note: For any refund related queries, please send us your full banking details. It will help us pay you back promptly by directly refunding you without the intervention of a third party.
